No shape is unusual for a wire form. From a simple single coil ring to multi-plane wire forms, our CNC equipment and four-slide department is able to handle it. We have a fully equipped tool & die department for the production of custom tooling when required.

Advances in the technology of CNC spring and wire forming machines in recent years has made designs that were previously too complex or too expensive as easy as a simple programming change.

We are always happy to assist with design problems, and when possible offer suggestions of how to simplify a part to reduce cost.
