In 1991 we began the process of becoming an employee owned company through an ESOP program, (Employee Stock Ownership Program). The employees will own 100% of the company by 2006. Every employee, from the person that quotes your requirement, to the person that ships your completed order and everyone in between, is an owner and has a direct stake in your satisfaction as a customer. We feel that this gives our customers an added benefit not found with many of our competitors. Whether the employee is responsible for order entry, coiler set-up, quality control, or shipping, each employee is strongly concerned about the total satisfaction of our customers because your satisfaction with Industrial Spring is what will make their company grow and prosper.

| In an effort to continually improve our customer service, an Incentive pay plan was implemented in March 1998 to address the areas of On-Time Delivery, Quality, and Productivity. This plan rewards employees for outstanding performance in these areas and the benefit is passed directly on to our customers. As inventory cost control becomes more and more important you can be assured that you will receive your order when you expect it, not when we got around to shipping it, and not sooner than you wanted it. You expect to receive components that are fully to your quality expectations. The goal of each person that works on your order is to exceed those expectations. As productivity improvements are made, we become more efficient and able to give our customers a more competitively priced product.
